WHEREAS the petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the above case through his counsel Sri J. SUDHEER, praying the High Court to take cognizance of the contempt committed by the respondents herein, for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the orders dated 24.03.2017 passed by the High Court in CC. No. 586 of 2014, in the interest of justice.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing, and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and earlier orders of this Hon'ble Court dt. 06-04-2018 and 15.06.2021 and 23.06.2021 made in IA No. 1 of 2021 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri J. SUDHEER, Advocate for the Petitioner, Sri C.Srinivasa Baba, Advocate for respondent No. 2 and of Sri K.V.Raghu veer, Advocate for Respondent No. 1, made the following:
