WHEREAS the petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the above case through his counsel Sri J. SUDHEER, praying the High Court to take cognizance of the contempt committed by the respondents herein, for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the orders dated 24.03.2017 passed by the High Court in CC. No. 1275 of 2014, in the interest of justice.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing, and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and earlier orders of this Hon'ble Court dt. 06-04-2018 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri J. SUDHEER, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Sri K.V. Raghu Veer, Advocate for respondent No. 1, made the following:

ORDER:-

Heard Sri J.Sudheer, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri K.V.Raghu Veer, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1.

There is no representation on behalf of respondent No.2 in spite of service of notice.

Issue Non-bailable Warrant to respondent No.2. The Superintendent of Police, Guntur is directed to execute the warrant and secure the presence of respondent No.2 and produce before this Court on or before the next date of hearing.

Sri K.V.Raghu Veer, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1, sought time to file counter on behalf of respondent No. 1.
