``wHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri s.v.s.s.slvA RAM presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the H'lgh court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or D'lrection, more particularly in the nature of a mandamus declaring order passed by the 4th respondent, Disciplinary Authority dated 21.06.2017 dismissing the Petitioner from service which was confirmed by the respondents 2 and 3, i.e., Appellate Authority and the Reviewing Author®lty by orders dated 30.ll.2018 and 2EO8.2020 respectively as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to principles of natural justice, Canara Bank Officer Employees (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations,1976 and violation of Articles 14,16 and 21 of the Const'ltution of lnd'la and consequently reinstate the Petitioner along with back-wages and all other consequent benefits by setting aside the orders passed by respondents 2 to 4 and pass any other Order Or Orders that this Honourable court deems fit and proper in the Circumstance if the Case in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience.
