ORDER:

The contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of orders dated 14.10.2022 passed by this Court in I.A.No.01 of 2022 in W.P.No.31106 of 2022.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel representing the parties, submitted that, the amounts were received and the order of this Court has been complied with. Hence, there is nothing to adjudicate in the Contempt and prayed to close the Contempt Case.

2. Taking the submissions into consideration, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed
