Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant interim direction directing the $2^nd$ respondent to receive and register sale deeds presented by the petitioner pertaining to the plots forming a part of a layout spread in Sy.Nos.85 (an extent of Ac.2.46cents) covered under the registered sale deed Doc.No.12851 of 2021 dated 27.11.2021, in Sy.No.84 (Ac.4.78.67cents) covered under register sale deed Doc.N.12852 of 2021 dated 27.11.2021 and Sy.No.87/1 (Ac.4.83 cents) covered under register sale deed Doc.No.12853 of 2021 of Podaralla Grampanchayat, Ananthapur Rural, Ananthapur District and complete the process of registration of the said documents submitted by the petitioner, pending disposal of WP No.5545 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C.Raghu, Advocate for the Petitioner and GP for Stamps and Registration for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and GP for Municipal Administration & Urban Development for the Respondent No.4, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

"Heard Sri C.Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in similar matters vide W.P.No.27677 of 2021 orders were passed by this Court that subject to final outcome in the writ petition, the concerned Sub-Registrar shall register the documents presented by the concerned petitioners if they otherwise comply with the provisions of Stamps and Registration Act.

In that view, this application is allowed and petitioner is permitted to submit the documents for registration, in which case the 2 nd respondent shall receive, register and release the documents if they otherwise comply with the provisions of Stamps and Registration Act. However this order is subject to final result in the main writ petition. The petitioner is not entitled by virtue of this order

to claim any equities in future. Further alienations shall be with the permission of this Court only." $\theta$
