It is brought to the notice of this Court that in similar | |||
matters vide W.P.No.27677 of 2021 orders were passed by this | |||
Court that subject to final<br>outcome in the writ petition, the | |||
concerned Sub-Registrar shall register the documents presented by | |||
the concerned petitioners if they otherwise comply<br>with the | |||
provisions of Stamps and Registration Act. | |||
In that view, this application<br>is allowed and petitioner is | |||
permitted to submit the documents for registration, in which case | |||
nd respondent shall receive, register and release the documents<br>the 2 | |||
if they otherwise comply<br>with the provisions of Stamps and | |||
Registration Act.<br>However this order is subject to final result in | |||
the main writ petition.<br>The petitioner<br>is not entitled by virtue of | |||
this order to claim any equities in future. Further alienations shall | |||
be with the permission of this Court only. | |||
