Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to dispense with the certified copy of the order/decree in IA. No.1065/2021, in OS. No. 52/2016, dated 14.12.2021 passed in on the file of the Principle Junior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet in the above CRP, pending disposal of CRP No.457 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following; ORDER:

"This application is filed to dispense with filing of Certified Copy of the Order/decree dated 14.12.2021 passed in I.A.No.1065 of 2021 in O.S.No.52 of 2016 on the file of the Court of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the I.A., the same is allowed and filing of the Certified Copy is dispensed with for the present."
