WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri P S P Suresh Kumar presented this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying that the High Court may be pleased to set-aside orders dated 14.12.2021, passed by the court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, in IA. No.1065/2021 in OS. No. 52/2016.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P S P Suresh Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted.
