considered by the authorities in accordance with | |||
law, pending writ petition. | |||

As such, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:- "The petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh detailed representation claiming compensation to the authority concerned within one (01) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation, the authority shall consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter."
