		Learned<br>counsel<br>for<br>the<br>petitioner<br>places
		reliance<br>on<br>interim<br>orders<br>passed<br>in<br>W.P.No.17752
		of<br>2024,<br>wherein,<br>in<br>identical<br>circumstances,<br>the
		Board<br>Resolution<br>dated<br>25.01.2024<br>came<br>to<br>be
		suspended<br>and<br>thereby<br>the<br>age<br>of<br>superannuation
		has<br>been<br>continued<br>up<br>to<br>the<br>age<br>of<br>sixty-two<br>(62)
		years.<br>Further<br>contended<br>that<br>this<br>writ<br>petition<br>also
		raises<br>the<br>same<br>issue,<br>hence,<br>prays<br>to<br>pass<br>the
		similar<br>interim order.
		Learned<br>Standing<br>Counsel<br>did<br>not<br>oppose<br>the
		same.
		In<br>view<br>of<br>the<br>suspension<br>of<br>the<br>Board
		Resolution<br>dated<br>25.01.2024,<br>in<br>W.P.No.7752<br>of
		2024,<br>there<br>shall<br>be<br>an<br>interim<br>direction<br>to
		respondent<br>No.3<br>to<br>continue<br>the<br>petitioner<br>in<br>service,
		till he attains the age of sixty two (62) years.
		List<br>the<br>matter<br>along<br>with<br>W.P.No.17752<br>of
		2024 after<br>six (06) weeks.
