Pedda Venkateswarlu field in Inavolu (V) in Nuzendla Mandal of Guntur District and Construction of Checkdams near a/c Errabothula Vagu near Revella Venkaiah field in Inavolu (V) in Nuzendla Mandal of Guntur District respectively, pending disposal of WP No. 5493 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following; ORDER:

"Heard both sides.

In the circumstances, the respondents are directed to pay the approved and final bill amount due to the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
