The Court made the following order:

The present writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in publishing the provisional selection list on 28.07.2012, without considering the representation of the petitioner dated 20.06.2012 as to in correct answers for the question Nos.42, 47, 48, 63, 65, 70 and 96 were mentioned as published in the final key, as illegal and arbitrary.

  1. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the final results were declared and the employees are working in the allotted posts. That apart, the objections of the petitioner in so far as the correct answers to the pointed questions were considered by the committee. As such, no further orders are required in the present writ petition.

  2. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications pending, if any in the Writ Petition, shall also stand closed.
