WHEREAS the Petitioners has presented this Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, through his counsel Sri PASAPALA SUDHAKAR REDDY, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for their willfully, wantonly and deliberately violated the orders in W.P. No.15312 of 2022, dated 19.07.2023;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Pasapala Sudhakar Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the Respondent Nos. 2, 4 & 5, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
