passed in Writ Petition No.2812 of 2021. | |||
3. Though the respondents no.1 and 2 | |||
have been arrayed in their personal capacity | |||
but the contempt is with regard to them not | |||
obeying<br>the<br>Court<br>order<br>in<br>their<br>official | |||
capacity. In view of the fact that on their | |||
behalf Mr. N. Harinath, learned Assistant | |||
Solicitor General, had appeared in the writ | |||
proceeding, the Court called upon him and | |||
he is represented before the Court through | |||
Mr. Varun Byreddy. | |||

learned Assistant Solicitor General, submits<br>that the Court may grant two weeks time for | |||
him to take instructions in the matter. | |||

- The Court would only indicate that if the order of whose violation is alleged still holds the field, it is required to be complied with and already the time granted for such compliance has lapsed. Further, the Court would also indicate that the Court had granted three months time to the authorities concerned for complying with the order passed in W.P. No.2812 of 2021 on the prayer made by learned Assistant Solicitor General. Thus, if at all there is a violation and the same is continuing, the Court shall take serious note of it. 7. Let the name of Mr. N. Harinath, learned Assistant Solicitor General, be printed in the cause list in the column of the respondents.
