WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through its counsel Mr.Polanki Anand Surya, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for deliberate, intentional and willful violation of the orders in W.P.No.18885 of 2023, dated 28.08.2023;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. Polanki Anand Surya, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the respondents, returnable in four (04) weeks, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.

THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER:

"Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have not implemented the orders of this Court in W.P.No.18885 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023 deliberately and wantonly.

In view of the above said allegation, the Registry is directed to issue notices to the respondents, returnable in four (04) weeks.

List on 04.04.2024."
