same was seized on the ground that the | |||
petitioners are transporting the same illegally. | |||
Subsequently<br>petitioners<br>made<br>an | |||
application uner RTI Act to the Civil Supplies | |||
Corporation<br>limited,<br>District<br>Office, | |||
Vijayawada<br>who<br>in<br>turn<br>vide<br>reply<br>dated | |||
18.02.2022 informed that they receive 50kg | |||
bags of rice from the miller. | |||
Considering the same, there shall be | |||
stay<br>of<br>all<br>further<br>proceedings<br>in | |||
C.C.No.160/2021 on the file of XI Additional | |||
Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-Principal Junior | |||
Civil Judge, Gannavaram, Krishna District | |||
including<br>the<br>appearance<br>of<br>the | |||
petitioners/A1 to A3. | |||
