Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to Stay of all further proceedings in O.S.No. 173/2017 on the file of the X Additional District Judge, Tirupati, Tirupati District, pending disposal of CRP No. 411 of 2024, on the file of the High Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the orders of the High Court dated 27.03.2024, 22.03.2024, 21.06.2024, 24.09.2024 & 15.10.2024 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI M.
