Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to (a) call for the records pertaining to the G.O.Rt.No.5 Revenue (Commercial Taxes-I) Department, dated 01.01.2019, Proceedings in File No.REV03-24022(31)/2/2019-DXZ 29.03.2019 and Proceedings in CCT's File No.REV03-SEC-CCT. dated 24022(31)/2/2019-DXZ SEC-CCT, dated 28.05.2019 and set them aside as bad illegal, arbitrary, unfair, discriminatory, amounting to abuse of power and colourable exercise of power, an action taken for extraneous reasons, decisions under political pressure, contrary to law and facts violative of principles of natural justice, amounting to taking away the accrued rights showing misdirected sympathies on endollant people, hit by delay and latches, besides being unconstitutional (b) direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as CTO based on his seniority position in the final seniority list dated 03.10.2012 of ACTOs and 29.01.2014 of DCTOs with all consequential benefits and (c) issue Writ, Order, Direction on issuance of Writ of Mandamus; IA NO: 1 OF 2020
