Whereas the petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the above case their his counsel Sri G. Tuhin Kumar, praying the High Court to punish the Contemnors/respondents herein, for<br>their willful and intentional disobedience of the orders dated 27-08-2020 passed by the High Court in WP No. 15257of 2019, in the interest of justice.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing, and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and earlier order of this Hon'ble Court dt.04-03-2021and 30.03.2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G. Tuhin Kumar, Advocate for petitioners, of Sri P.Subash, Advocate for Respondent No.1, of Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, Advocate for Respondent NO.2 and of Sri O.Monohar Reddy, standing counsel for Respondent No.3, made the following

ORDER:-

"The 1^st respondent - Sri M. Hari Narayan, appeared online.

A memo is filed on behalf of 2nd respondent stating that notice in Form-I was issued to the 2^nd respondent to appear before this Court on 04.05.2021 but the matter was not listed on that day and the matter is listed today suddenly. Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned counsel appearing for the 2^nd respondent submits that due to ill health, the 2nd respondent is unable to attend before this Court today and requested to dispense with the presence of the $2^{nd}$ respondent.

Sri 0. Manohar Reddy, learned standing counsel appearing for the $3^rd$ respondent submits that pursuant to the Form-I notice issued to the 3^rd respondent to appear before this Court on 04.05.2021, the 3^rd respondent appeared in person before the Registrar (Judicial). As the next date of hearing was not informed and the matter was listed today suddenly, the 3^rd respondent is unable to appear before this Court and requests to dispense with his presence.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents 2 & 3, personal appearance of the respondents 2 & 3 before this Court is dispensed with for the present.

Registry is directed to issue notices to respondents 2 & 3 intimating the date of further appearance as 09.07.2021.
