Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondent No.1 in proposing to construct new blocks i.e., Q and R in the premises of Lalithambika Shopping Complex in front of the Black No. J and K by depriving the Petitioners and others to get free road access and causing inconvenience to the existing tenants as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the Respondent No.1 not to construct the new block i.e., Q and R in Lalithambika Shopping Complex premises in front of Block No. J and K till the lease period of the Petitioners is expired in the interest of justice.
