		Senior Counsel<br>submits that the Committee has
		accepted the claim of the Writ Petitioner and
		directed the Competent Authority to Register his
		lands in Sy.No.559/a for an extent of Ac.1.08
		cents<br>of<br>Pothapolu<br>Village,<br>Madanapalle
		Mandal, Annamayya District.

		3.<br>It is submitted by the learned Senior
		Counsel that the Competent Authority namely
		the District Collector (Respondent No.3) has not
		acted upon the recommendations of the District
		Level Committee (Respondent No.2).
