WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through his counsel Sri P.Hemachandra, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for willful disobedience of the orders in W.P.No.22462 of 2022, dated 29.08.2022;
