CONTEMPT CASE No. 1262 of 2023

J U D G M E N T :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader has produced written instructions submitted by the 2nd respondent-District Collector, West Godavari District, reads that "taking into consideration of the totality of the case situation, existing rules, and also in compliance with the Hon'ble High Court orders, dated 21.10.2022 in W.P.No.34544 of 2022, the representation, dated 29.08.2022 of the petitioner is herewith considered and the present school with (U-DISE No.28153800901) will be continued in the same place keeping in view of the academic interest of the deserving students studying in the school".

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to close the said Contempt Case as the respondents have complied the order of this Court in W.P.No.34544 of 2022, dated 21.10.2022.

Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
