		Notice to the respondents.
		Learned<br>counsel<br>for<br>the<br>petitioners<br>is
		to the 2nd<br>permitted to take out personal notice
		respondent<br>by<br>Registered<br>post<br>with
		acknowledgment due and file proof of service into
		the Registry.
		Based on the complaint given by the defacto
		complainant on 21.02.2022, a crime was registered
		against the petitioners<br>in F.I.R.No.10 of 2022<br>on
		21.01.2022 on the file of<br>Pamidi Police Station,
		Ananthapuram District.
		The<br>allegation made in the complaint itself
		discloses<br>that<br>to<br>circumvent<br>the<br>proceedings
		pending before the Junior Civil Judge, Gooty,<br>in
		nd respondent has filed the<br>OS.No.42 of 2010, the 2
		present<br>complaint.<br>Even<br>according<br>to<br>the
		allegations<br>made<br>in<br>the<br>complaint<br>also,<br>the
		documents<br>were<br>mutated<br>in<br>the<br>name<br>of<br>the
		Accused No.1 and 2 way back in the year 2017 and
		knowing fully well about the record, the defacto
		complainant has not made<br>any appeal under the
		statute.
		Considering<br>the<br>submissions<br>made<br>and
		perusal of the complaint, there shall be<br>stay of all
		further proceedings<br>in F.I.R.No.10 of 2022 dated
		21.01.2022 on the file of<br>Pamidi Police Station,
		Ananthapuram District.
