Contempt petition was filed alleging willful This disobedience of the judgment and order dated 01.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.20350 of 2022.

$2.$ The question of issuance of the notice was under consideration.

3. Today, Sri V. Ashok Ram, learned Government Pleader for Finance, appears and submits that the order impugned has been complied with as the amount has been paid to the petitioner on 06.03.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the $4.$ amount has been paid and the order impugned has been complied with.

5. Recording the same, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
