Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Hon'ble High Court may be pleased, to stay all further proceedings in O.S.No.621 of 2017 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor, pending disposal of CRP No.345 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.
