		Counsel for the petitioner.
		Learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes
		notice for the respondent No.24/State.
		The contention of the learned Senior Counsel is
		that the order passed regarding admissibility of
		sanction of the order issued by the District Collector
		under Section 39 of the Arms Act, while recording the
		evidence of PW-56 and refused to receive the sanction
		of proceedings in evidence, and to mark it an exhibit
		even subject to objection, which is not in accordance
		with the Judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the

		case of State of Delhi Vs. Mohd.Afzal and others
		(Parliament Attack Case).
		In that view of the matter, permitted to take
		personal notice to the accused through counsel on
		record before the trial Court.
