WHEREAS the Petitioners were presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through their counsel Sri. S. LAKSHMI NARAYANA REDDY, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for their willful and deliberately violating of the orders in W.P.No.39942 of 2017, dated 12.10.2022;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and the order of the High Court dated 14.02.2023 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of sri. s.LAKSHMI NARAYANA REDDY, Advocate for`the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the impleaded respondent Nos.4 and 5, returnable in four (4) weeks to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
