WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through his counsel M/s S.Srinivasa Rao, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for willful and deliberate disobedience action and committed an act of contempt for Violating the orders in W.P.No.562 of 2021, dated 07.01.2021 ;
