Criminal Petition No. 13890 of 2015
ORDER:
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the earlier occasion i.e., on 20.10.2023, there was no representation. Consequently, this Court by order dated 20.10.2023 directed the trial Court to proceed with the trial of the case expeditiously in accordance with law and conclude on or before 14.12.2023. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in the present criminal petition.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is closed. However, if the trial is not concluded as directed by this Court on 20.10.2023, the trial Court is directed to conclude the same within <sup>a</sup> period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of <sup>a</sup> copy of this order.
Miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
