		Dr. Sujay Kantawala, learned senior counsel, appears for
		the petitioner.
		Mr. C.V. Mohan Reddy, learned senior counsel, appears for
		respondent No.2.
		Mr. P. Sri Raghu Ram, learned senior counsel, appears for
		respondent No.3.
		Mr. D. Prakash Reddy, learned senior counsel, appears for
		respondent No.4.
		It is informed that a Special Leave Petition has been
		preferred before the Hon'ble Supreme Court against the order
		dated 16.02.2023 passed in this case and the same is likely to
		come up for hearing tomorrow.
		On 16.02.2023, while adjourning the case to today, we
		dictated on the board that the last date for submission of
		Expression of Interest for Sevenhills Healthcare Private Limited
		shall remain extended till the next date of hearing. However, the
		order was wrongly typed and in the order, it was reflected as
		under:
		"Meanwhile,<br>there<br>shall<br>be<br>interim<br>of<br>the<br>stay
		impugned<br>for<br>of<br>Form<br>G<br>&<br>Invitation<br>Expression<br>Interest
		for<br>M/s.<br>Sevenhills<br>Healthcare<br>Limited."<br>Private
		Learned counsel for the parties would also agree that on
		the last date, this Court has not granted stay and has only
		extended the last date for submission of Expression of Interest.
		In the circumstances, we hereby clarify that this Court has
