Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to fill up the posts of Divisional Managers strictly as per the Standing Orders governing the service by following the ratio between the promotees and deputationists and further declare that not following the same would be an act of violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India.
