The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed, by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to <sup>3</sup> seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.464 of 2021 on the file of Women Police Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offence under Sections 498-A of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

  1. Sri Rama Sharana Sarma, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, no further orders are required in this matter, as the relief has become infructuous.

  2. Ms.D.Prasanna Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor is in attendance.
