Whereas the Petitioner above named through her Advocate Sri S. Bala Mohan Ranga, presented this petition under Section 24 of CPC, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to allow the TRCMP by withdrawing H.O.P.No. 60 of 2022 from Hon'ble Senior Civil Judge, Allagadda and to transfer the same to the Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati.

AND WHEREAS the High Court, upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S. Bala Mohan Ranga, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondent herein to show cause why this petition should not be admitted.
