THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU WRIT PETITION No.3785 OF 2020
ORDER:-
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.3 to 6 in not continuing the petitioners as a Field Assistant (Fixed Tenure Employees) with effect from 01.10.2019, despite the letter dated 14.05.2019, as illegal.
The learned counsel for petitioner talks of an oral order not to perform duties; Smt.J.Sumathi, learned Standing Counsel appears for the 5th respondent, Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 states that absolutely no hindrance is being caused to the 1st petitioner in discharging his duties. Basing on the written instructions in RCC.No.10/E.G.S./ Amadaguru/2020, dated 17.02.2020, the leaned counsel submits that the 1st petitioner has attended duties on 17.02.2020. A copy of the written instructions was also given to learned counsel for the 1st petitioner.
Learned Government Pleader for Panchayatraj, representing respondent Nos.1 to 3 is present.
In view of the fact that the 1st petitioner has attended duty on 17.02.2020 and it is stated that there is no "oral hindrance", this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioners to pursue their remedies for any other reliefs in case if they are so advised.
With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in this Writ petition, shall stand closed.
