This is an application seeking condonation of 64 days delay in preferring the writ appeal against the judgment and order, dated 04.11.2023, passed in W.P.No.42024 of 2022.

We have gone through the application and find that sufficient cause has been shown for getting the delay condoned.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
