WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of courts Act 1971, above case through its counsel Sri KAMBHAMPATI RAMESH BABU, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for their willful disobedience to the order dated 31.08.2023 passed in W.P.No. 19240 of 2023.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri KAMBHAMPATI RAMESH BABU, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice Before Admission to the respondent nos.2 to 4, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted. <

The Court made the following

ORDER:

"Heard the counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have deliberately and wantonly violated the orders of this court in W.P.No. 19240 of 2023 dated 31.08.2023.

In view of the above said allegations, the Registry is directed to issue notices to the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 only returnable in four (4) weeks.

List on 22.03.2024."
