Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the impugned proceedings vide RC.No.A3/614/2019 dated 24.01.2023 issued by the $3^{rd}$ respondent in so far as the petitioner is concerned, to enable him to continue in service till he attains the age of 62 years, pending disposal of WP No. 2980 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order. (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following ORDER:

"Heard both sides.

In similar circumstances, this Court passed an interim order in W.P.No.39761 of 2022 dated 08.12.2022, directing the respondents therein to continue the petitioner therein in service and the retirement age of the petitioner therein is extended from 60 to 62 years.

Hence, in view of the aforesaid order dated 08.12.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.39761 of 2022, this Court is inclined to pass the same order in this case also.

Therefore, there shall be an interim direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner in service and the retirement age of the petitioner is extended from 60 to 62 years."
