Learned counsel for the parties agree that there is a representation which has been filed by the petitioners for giving the benefit of the Government Order bearing G.O.Ms.No.15, Finance (HR.IV–FR&LR) Department, dated 31.01.2022.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, Mr. K. S. Murthy, states that a representation was filed with the new Government for reconsidering the date of retirement as per G.O.Ms.No.15, dated 31.01.2022, which according to learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners was under consideration and a report has since been called.

Mr. Sambasiva Pratap, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents seeks some time to take instructions in this regard.

List on 11.02.2025.

Interim orders granted earlier shall continue to operate till the next date of hearing.
