Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Station House Officer, Kaluvoy Police Station, Nellore District to enlarge the Petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in Cr.No.8 of 2023 on the file of Kaluvoy Police Station, Nellore District.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and the earlier Order of the High Court dated 22.02.2023, 28.02.2023, 03.03.2023 & 07.03.2023 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T D PANI KUMAR Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecutor for Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER
"Heard the matter partly."
Since the complaint is on the report by the Tahsildar, Kaluvoya Mandal, his personal appearance before this Court along with the concerned records in support of the remarks made in the report is required in view of the complexity in the matter.
The matter is adjourned to 12.04.2023 with a direction to the concerned Tahsildar to attend before this Court along with original records based on which the report was submitted.
Till then, interim direction granted earlier is extended."
