ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed, questioning the action of 3rd respondent in attempting to evict the petitioners from the land in an extent of Ac.1-12 cents in R.S.No.16/2, situated at Munamarru village, Penugonda Mandal, West Godavari District, without considering the explanation and without passing any order pursuant to the notice dated 16.12.2019, declare the same as illegal, arbitrary, consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land.

During hearing, both the counsel for petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents fairly conceded that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by W.P.No.1312 of 2020, dated 31.01.2020, requested to dispose of this writ petition in terms of W.P.No.1312 of 2020.

Recording the submission of both counsel for petitioners and respondents, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order in W.P.No.1312 of 2020, dated 31.01.2020. The Registry is directed to attach copy of order in W.P.No.1312 of 2020, dated 31.01.2020 to this writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
