When the matter is taken up today, proceedings bearing Rc.No.11891/B2/B1/2012, dated 04.05.2022 of the District Educational Officer, Kurnool, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader, wherein the District Educational Officer, Kurnool, made a request to the Mandal Educational Officer, Nandikotkur, to re-fix the pay of the applicant in the revised pay scales w.e.f. 05.08.2014 as per her eligibility as per order dated 06.02.2020 of this Court in W.P.No.2675 of 2020.
Placing the aforesaid proceedings on record, the Contempt Case stands closed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
