ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to direct the respondents, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.10.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents are present.

Since the prayer is limited, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.10.2019, this Court is of the opinion, keeping the Writ Petition pending, is not called for.

Sri T.Niranjan, learned Standing Counsel for the Yogi Vemana University, representing the respondents 1 and 2, does not really oppose the prayer made by the petitioner and states that representation will be disposed of in accordance with law.

Noting the said submission, the Writ Petition is allowed, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 26.10.2019 strictly in accordance with law, within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
