Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in OS.No.842/2015 on the file of the III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, pending disposal of CRP No.481 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and order of High Court dated 12-04-2019, 07-06-2019, 12-07-2019, 26-07-2019, 09-08-2019, 23-09-2019 18.10.2019 and 03.01.2023 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G Ramagopal, Advocate for the Petitioners, Sri K.V.Satya Ramachandra Rao, Advocate for the respondent and the Court made the following
