Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings in OS.No.842/2015 on the file of the III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, pending disposal of CRP No.481 of 2019, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and order of High Court dated 12-04-2019, 07-06-2019, 12-07-2019, 26-07-2019, 09-08-2019, 23-09-2019 and 18.10.2019 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Smt.Umadevi, Advocate for the Petitioners, Sri K.V.Satya Ramachandra Rao, Advocate for the respondent and the Court made the following

ORDER:

"Heard in part, Mrs. Umadevi, learned counsel representing Sri. G. Ram Gopal, learned counsel for the revision petitioner. She further represented that there is another connected C.R.P. No.487 of 2019.

The Registry is directed to post both the matters.

Post on 05.01.2023 under the caption for 'further hearing'.

Till then, interim order granted earlier is extended."
