The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 29.12.2017 in l.A.No.797 of 2018 in F.C.O.P.No. 128 of 2018 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam.

Sri S.Sarath Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner would 2. submit that issue raised in the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
