Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that even after filing of the present contempt case, the matter underwent several adjournments but the respondents have not complied with the orders of this Court.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents seeks further time to comply with the orders of this Court.

In view of the same, respondent Nos.1, 3 to 6 are directed to comply with the orders of this Court on or before 09.01.2025, failing which, the respondent Nos.1, 3 to 6 shall appear before this Court on 09.01.2025.

Learned counsel for the respondents is specifically directed to inform the orders of this Court to respondent Nos.1, 3 to 6.
