WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri Bathala Ramesh, presented this Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, the High Court may please to direct notices to the Respondents herein and punish them for contempt of courts of the Hon'ble High Court for deliberate, intentional and willful violation of the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 15.11.2023 passed in WP. No. 9715 of 2023;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and the order of the High Court dated 14.02.2024 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri BATHALA RAMESH, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice Before Admission to the respondent Nos.5 & 6. returnable in four (04) weeks, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
