This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 15.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9715 of 2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the orders dated 15.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 9715 of 2023, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.

Recording the said submission, liberty to the petitioner for initiating separate No order as to costs. 4 the Contempt Case is closed, proceedings for further claim if granting any.
