The short grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of her application dated 11.11.2020 for mutation and issuance of E-Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in her favor in respect of her land in an extent of Ac.5.60 cents in Survey No.109-2 of Cherlopally Village, Penukonda Mandal, Anantapuram District.

  2. Learned counsel for the petitioner in elaboration to what has been stated in the affidavit submitted that for obtaining pattadar deed, petitioner made an application on 11.11.2020 considered. passbook and title as the same was not

The learned counsel for the petitioner further application was not considered on the ground that the SLP the Hon'ble Apex Court and submitted that the said is pending before now the Hon'ble Apex court has disposed of the said SLP. Even though, the said SLP has been disposed of, the respondents not considering the petitioner's application dated are 11.11.2020. It would suffice for the time being if a direction is given to the respondents concerned to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

It was stated that, now the SLP is disposed of. The learned Assistant Government Pleader contended that he has no instructions regarding disposed of SLP. 06.

The Tahsildar concerned is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 11.11.2020 in accordance with law by duly verifying about the pendency of the SLP, and if the SLP is disposed of, the petitioner application shall be considered in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible within <sup>a</sup> period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as 08. to costs.

As a sequel there to, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, in this case, shall stands closed.
